In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the charge for one night will be applied and is non-refundable.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Reservations may be canceled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date free of charge.
Postponement of confirmed reservations is not permitted.
For bookings of two nights or more, cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.
Reservation modifications may be requested at least 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. Any applicable rate differences will be charged accordingly.
Guest Guidelines
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
The use of barbecue equipment or the lighting of fires inside the villa or anywhere within the property is strictly prohibited.
Decoration, event setup, or installation of any decorative items inside the villa is not permitted without prior approval from the resort management.
Guests are required to observe public etiquette and Islamic values and to avoid causing disturbance to other guests.
Payment & Security Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bank transfer payments, guests must provide a copy of the transfer receipt for confirmation.
A refundable security deposit of SAR 500 is required upon arrival. The resort reserves the right to deduct any costs related to damages or losses caused by the guest or their accompanying visitors.
